Chapter 2, pp 56-58 attemping to follow along with creating pivot table item 7 (p 56) adds "1996" to Field One list; no mention of how to add "2000"; when figure 2-24 generated it says "blank" whereever "2000" shows in column B; can't figure out fix

Page 56, beginning with step 5, should be corrected to read as follows: 5. With the dialog box still visible, select cells B2 through C10, and then click Add. 6. In the How Many Page Fields Do You Want area, click 1. 7. In the Field One list, type 2000, and press the Tab key. 8. Clear the contents of the Range box, select cells C13 through D21, and then click Add. 9. Clear the contents of the Field One list, type 2000, and press the Tab key. 10. Click Next. 11. Click New Worksheet, and then click Finish. Compare your results to Figure 2-23.
