p. 93, you launch into an explanation of "lifetime of Delegates", but AFAIK delegates are not introduced or explained anywhere else in the book.

Chapter 2 - "D Fundamentals" should really contain a section on function pointers and on nested functions, then Chapter 3 could mention the subject again within the context of objects. However, the "Lifetime of Delegates" section that you mention does cover at least some of these topics in a cursory manner to provide context for the discussion of data lifetime, so hopefully that will be sufficient.
