On page 1:Empty Source Code Download. The ZIP file that supposedly contains the source code for the examples in this book is empty. Please direct me to where the books author has made the source code available.Author Comment:
On page 36:
SETUP.BAT references a variable that has not been defined: %FEATUREDIR%
On page 251:
At the bottom of the page under "Adding More Columns", the author mentions wanting "to add four more columns for use in our articles." Then he lists five columns: "an introduction, a body text, a picture, a category, and a publishing date." The error is mentioning four (4) columns, listing five (5), but again only describing four (4) of them. The picture column is the column that went missing in the four that were actually discussed, and is the one I most wanted to read about.
