Dictionary of Labour Biography

This addition to the twelve-volume Dictionary of Labour Biography is organised on a self-contained basis. The time-span of the eighth volume spans two centuries of radicals, trade unionists and socialists. Entries are on the same pattern as those for the Dictionary of National Biography, but with many more bibliographical sources provided.
