About the authors

PROFESSOR DIETER ORDELHEIDE, formerly Professor of Accounting at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. He was recognised internationally as an expert on international accounting. He was a member of the EC Advisory Forum and author of the section on Germany in European Financial reporting (Routledge 1992).
