About the authors

Dr. Marc Helmold is full-time Professor at the IUBH International University, Berlin campus (Germany). He teaches Bachelor, Master and MBA students on international negotiations, performance management, general management, strategic management and supply chain management. Prior to this position, he held several top management positions in automotive and railway companies. 

Warda Samara (Master in Leadership Management) graduated from the IUBH International University, and currently negotiates for non-profit organizations in the Middle-East. Moreover, she works for non-governmental organisations in Palestine and other countries.
